Overview
The EGAMI Group studies how galaxies form and evolve across cosmic times. We use observations primarily from the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), alongside other telescopes such as the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA), to study the high-redshift universe.
Research themes
- Early galaxies and the high-redshift universe
- Extragalactic astronomy
- Emission-line galaxies
- Infrared astronomy
- High-redshift transients
- Gravitational lensing
- Epoch of reionization
- AGN host galaxies
- Galaxy kinematics
- Large-scale structure
